Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your handbag must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aurellex.shop. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (PayPal).
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your PayPal balance or bank statement.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
